- Flights/ airfares
- Visa (can be obtained through the online portal evisa.rop.gov.om

Conditions:

- The reservation will be considered upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total sum due
- The outstanding balance should be settled 60 days prior the scheduled arrival date

Cancellation policy:

- More than 90 days prior scheduled arrival date: 20% fee on total package sum
- Less than 90 days prior scheduled arrival date: 50% fee on total package sum
- Less than 60 days prior scheduled arrival date: Only a rescheduled trip is possible with a 15% fee to be added to the total package sum
